We play hard.
It's been a super busy month! Maybe it's the wind, but I felt like this month literally flew by. We did get to spend a lot more time outside in the last few weeks - enjoying our playscape and the cul-de-sac for bike riding. Clayton got a new bike for his birthday, so he's really enjoyed learning to ride it (he's a quick study) and also craves racing us around the neighborhood. Cooper is less-than-thrilled with his backseat driver status (sitting on the back of my bike), so he's taken to attempting the tricycle even though he can't quite pedal. It makes the whole event of strolling the neighborhood quite exhausting - which probably explains why there are no pictures of it or Clayton's new bike! I promise to post some soon.
Steve and I are going to celebrate our 10th anniversary this year! So, among work, figuring taxes, and other responsibilities, we booked a get-a-way vacation to Puerto Rico. We're so excited to get away and hope to sleep more in a few days than we have in 4 years! *smile*
