We've had some fun the last few weeks making the most of the fact that we're still inside so much! First, Clayton received a brand new bedroom set for his 2nd birthday from his Lela and Lolo. We have now completed the "surf" motif and now just have to figure out what color to paint the room - any suggestions welcome! We also moved his toy chest (which was lovingly made by Dave Descalzi and hauled all the way from South New Jersey by Stacy and Dave for Carla's baby shower) into his room so he really feels at home. Big thanks to Lela, Lolo, and the Descalzi's because he has since been sleeping all night in his own room and loving his sheets and comforter and having many of his toys to himself!
This week we also went to pajama day at gymnastics (Clayton went in his favorite Spiderman set complete with arm webbing), enjoyed some playdates, and went to Emily's 1st birthday party! Thanks to Stacy for a great day - Clayton had too much fun decorating his beach hat and showing off his new sunglasses (see below) and the spill proof bubbles are the best! If only we hadn't gotten a flat tire on the way home, but it was worth it!
The rest of the pictures are just Clayton being...well, Clayton. He continues to be a fun-loving, exuberant little guy who just loves to smile!
