Well, it wouldn't be summer without at least one wedding and a trip to where else, California of course! While Steve was busy working, Carla scooted out to the west coast with Clayton and Lela Chris for a few days of fun to top off the summer. We had a great time at Dennis' 8th birthday party and the San Diego Zoo! Clayton even went to the Scripps Aquarium in La Jolla on the day that Carla worked - he loved spending some quality time with his Lela (and many other members of our family)! 
Before our trip, Cousin Billy Anderson married our vet (we knew her first, Bill!), Erin D. (we won't even try to pronounce her maiden name!) We know her as Dr. D, but I guess now we can try and adjust to calling her Dr. Anderson (at least we can pronounce it!) Clayton had a surprise dance move for us to see as he grabbed a little girl's pink tutu (we have video evidence for when he starts dating). It was a fun night and all of us enjoyed ourselves and the magnificent weather at the shore. Enjoy the pictures!
